Purchase Terms and Conditions

Hi. We’re TANTI Ltd, trading as TANTI London. We’re registered in England and our company number is 12197800 and our office address is 104 London Road, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 8JH.

When you shop with us, these terms and conditions apply. They are here to protect both us and you as they set out what to expect from each other. If there is anything in these Ts & Cs that you don’t understand, feel free to get in touch with us.

These Ts & Cs are kept updated, so it’s always best if you check them from time-to-time, especially when you shop with us.

It’s All About YOU

To shop with us, you need to:

  • be at least 16 years old;
  • have a credit or debit card that we accept;
  • be authorised to use that debit or credit card (e.g. the card is in your name or that you have permission to use it); and
  • If you use a PayPal account to purchase, it is your account.

Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you should receive an email acknowledging your order along with a receipt. Your card will then be charged with the total cost of your order.

You may be able to cancel your order within a limited amount of time (i.e. we have not already dispatched your order). If you wish to cancel, please get in touch with us to see if we’ve dispatched your order.

Once you have placed your order with us, it’s not possible to change it. If you have made a mistake and need to change your order, get in touch with us with your order number. If we’ve not already dispatched your order, we will cancel it and refund the cost. You will then be able to make a new order with us.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll be in touch.

Very occasionally we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close/free an account (even if we have already confirmed your order). This usually happens if we see something unusual on an order or with an account. If this happens, and you think it’s a mistake, get in touch with us, and we’ll be only too happy to assist.

Paying With Klarna

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Product Details

We’re only human here at TANTI! That means that sometimes when we enter our products into the shop, we may slip up and put the wrong product description or price in. If we do discover an error in any of the goods you’ve ordered, we’ll be in touch right away, and will give you the chance to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we can’t get in touch with you, we’ll unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. In any case, we’ll happily refund you the cost of your order.

In most cases, a delivery charge is added to the cost of your order, and this is based on the destination that your order is being shipped to. These charges are clearly shown at checkout.

Delivery of Your Order

We’ll always try our best to get the order to you as quickly as we can, using a method that is best suited to where your order is being delivered to. However, we can’t guarantee that there won’t be a delay to the delivery date due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather). If we’re aware of any delays that will severely delay your order, we’ll get in touch with you.

Returns and Refunds

It happens… you get an item and decide it’s not for you and you want a refund. That’s not a problem. So long as you follow these simple rules, we will always refund you if you change your mind.

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. If you change your mind, we will refund the cost of your order (excluding delivery costs) back to the method you used to pay for the goods.
  • The item you’re returning must be returned unused and in its original packaging. We cannot refund any item that has been worn or shows signs of wear. This is not just because we can’t sell it on, but because hygiene is of utmost importance to us and all our customers.

Proof of Postage

We highly recommend that when you return an item to us that you use a method which gives you proof of purchase and if necessary, insurance against the item getting lost in transit back to us. We unfortunately cannot give you a refund if the item doesn’t find its way back to us, even if you know you posted it.

It is your responsibility to pay for the cost of returning an item, and unfortunately, we cannot refund this cost to you.

Return Address

You should return any items you wish to have refunded to the following address:
104 London Road, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 8JH.

Before you return an item, please get in touch with us first either using the contact form on our contact page, or by emailing . This gives us chance to understand why you wish to return the item, and to make sure we’re expecting it back.

All items are inspected on return. Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a store, but don’t actually wear or use it. When trying on clothing please be careful with the item (don’t use unnecessary force) and don’t wear make-up, perfume, cologne, deodorant or antiperspirant as these can mark and leave scents on the item.

If an item is returned to us worn, used, damaged or in an unsaleable condition, or where the above instructions have not been followed, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs. Alternatively, we (at our sole discretion) may choose to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of an item.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

Fair Use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn’t sit right (e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads –  more than a loyal customer would order or the items returned don’t match what you ordered) then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don’t match what you ordered.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Promotion Codes

From time to time, we’ll issue promotion codes that you can use to reduce the cost of some items in our shop. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout to receive the discount.

It’s rare that it happens, but if for some reason a promotion code isn’t running properly (e.g. someone or something is using the code fraudulently, or there are technical issues or another reason beyond our control), then we can cancel, modify or suspend that promotion code at any time.

The Legal Bit

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services at any time. These terms and how we interact with you as a customer is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
